Ms. Chen has served as our CEO, President, and Director since January 2025. She has over 25 years of experience in investment management and executive leadership across the U.S. and China. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southwest Agricultural University.
Ye Hua
Chief Financial Officer
Effective June 8, 2026, the Board of Directors appointed Ye Hua as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Ms. Hua will serve as both the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. She is responsible for the Company's financial management, internal controls, and financial reporting.
